How do i make reservation and payment.
Event equipment is reserved once a signed rental agreement is received, along with a 30% deposit for orders over $150, and full payment for orders under $150. The remaining balance is due 3 business days before delivery. If paying by credit or debit card, the balance will be processed 3 business days prior to delivery.
What is your refund policy for cancellations?
We do not offer refunds for any reason. Instead, we provide a rain-check option, valid for 1 year from the original event date. This rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer or organization. Weather-related cancellations follow the same policy—no refunds, but a rain-check is offered. All deposits are non-refundable, including those related to Covid-19 or other disasters, as they secure equipment availability and cover administrative costs. If you need to reschedule, you can do so within the 1-year rain-check period, subject to equipment availability. By making a reservation, you agree to our refund policy and terms, which are available on our website or by contacting customer service for more information.
Do I need to make a reservation to rent equipment?
Yes, reservations are required to ensure you secure the equipment you need. We recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee availability.
What are your delivery rates?
Our standard delivery rates start at $50 for locations within 15 miles of one of our nearest locations. Rates may vary for distances beyond 20 miles, depending on the location.
What are your delivery hours?
Our standard delivery service operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need delivery at a specific time, it is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing details.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
Yes, you can schedule deliveries with a guaranteed one-hour window. If you need delivery at an exact time, there is an additional fee of $100. This service is only available in the North Metro Area.
Do you offer setup and breakdown services for the equipment?
Yes, we offer setup and breakdown services for an additional charge: $60, Please call us to add this service to your estimate.
What happens if I damage or lose an item?
If an item is damaged or lost, you will be charged the replacement cost for that item.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and most debit cards.
What identification do I need to rent equipment?
A valid Georgia state ID is required for all rentals, and you must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
Where can I pick up my rental equipment?
Customer pickup is only available at our Gwinnet location. Please contact us for the specific address. Please call us at 417-319-4636 for arrangements.
Is the damage waiver required for my order?
Yes, the damage waiver is mandatory for every order.
