From equipment selection to return
Choose your dates and equipment
Select your event dates to check availability and rental-period prices. Browse individual items or compare the exact contents of a package.
Confirm delivery, pickup and setup
Enter the full event address for a delivery check. Contact Beavic to arrange pickup. Tent installation and takedown are included with tent rentals. Confirm the installation plan and any table or chair placement in your proposal.
Review the total and reserve
Check rentals, delivery, any additional setup service, damage protection and applicable tax. Review the amount due now, balance deadline and terms before completing the booking requirements.
Follow your confirmed schedule
Use the delivery, pickup and return details in your confirmation. Keep equipment together for the agreed handover and contact Beavic if event or access details change.
